KYC Verification

Once verified, subsequent withdrawals do not typically require additional documents unless Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) is triggered.

Is there a fee for an inactive account?
After 12 months with no transactions, the account is considered inactive and a fee of PHP 300/month is deducted from the remaining balance until the account becomes active again or the balance reaches zero.
