1. General Terms
V.Vegas is owned and operated by Whitebox B.V., registered at Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curaçao (registration no.: 155412), licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence OGL/2024/822/0338. By creating an account you confirm that you are of legal age, not prohibited from playing, and fully accept these terms.
2. Account Eligibility
- Must be 18 years of age or older (or of legal age in your jurisdiction).
- One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
- You must provide accurate registration information and update it promptly if anything changes.
- Play from restricted jurisdictions is not permitted — see the full list at registration.
3. Bonuses & Promotions
- Welcome bonus is for new players only, credited after a qualifying deposit of PHP 600 or more.
- A wagering requirement of x35 applies to the bonus amount and free spin winnings.
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active is PHP 300 per spin or round.
- Bonus expires 30 days after crediting if wagering is not completed.
- Bonus abuse (risk-free betting, account splitting) will result in bonus voidance and account closure.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Minimum deposit is PHP 600. Minimum withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method.
- Withdrawals are processed after KYC completion. Typically within 24 hours for electronic methods.
- Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied.
- Withdrawals must use the same method as the deposit unless otherwise approved.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Multiple accounts, false information, or fraudulent declarations.
- Depositing only to withdraw without meaningful play (zero-bet laundering).
- Exploiting software bugs or engaging in collaborative gambling.
- Using automated software, bots, or decision-assistance tools.
- Any activity that violates local laws in your jurisdiction.
6. Inactive Accounts
After 12 months with no transactions, an account is considered inactive. A fee of PHP 300/month is deducted from the remaining balance until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. We will notify you before the fee is applied.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes are first addressed through customer support. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be referred to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board's dispute resolution body.
8. Changes to Terms
V.Vegas may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
